Hi everyone! My name is Emily Salas and I'm 19 years old. I will be 20 years old this year on May 5th. This is my first year at MSJC. My major is a veterinarian, I really love animals and want to work with them. I joined Journalism because I wanted to get better at writing and learning how to become a better journalist. My favorite genres of books are romance and drama, I'm currently reading "The End of Us" by Colleen Hoover. I'm also a dog mom of 2. The first one is a 1 year old German Shepard and the second one is a 2 month old Chihuahua. I love them very much! I'm excited for this new journey I'm on and can't wait to see how far I succeed.
