Hello! My name is Scarlett Coit and I’m The Talon’s Editor in Chief. I will earn my Associate’s Degrees in Journalism & Communications this spring and transfer to a four-year university in the fall to complete my Bachelor’s. I’ve been photographing local creatives & urban architecture for many years now and have taken up an interest in photojournalism. I spend a lot of time reading about American politics, whether through recent events or political theory. I love learning about how this all shapes our lives and sharing that through my writing. I spend my free time reading, watching soccer, & being a bit pretentious about film & television.
