As Christmas is approaching, there are many shops and cafes that have many seasonal desserts or drinks to enjoy with your friends and family.
1 – The Village – Big Bear Lake, California
In the heart of Big Bear Lake, you’ll find a charming district known as “The Village” that serves as a hub for shopping, sightseeing, dining, and nightlife. It’s also the site of annual city-wide holiday events, with lights brightening up the central village and many Christmas trees all around. Take a weekend trip to the village in Big Bear to get into the Christmas mood or take a look through the shops, boutiques, gift shops, and restaurants that line the streets of Big Bear Lake Village for souvenirs or to eat any seasonal food, drinks, and desserts that the shops around have to offer during this time of year.
There are many events going on at the village, such as the Christmas market and craft fair to shop unique, last-minute gifts. A ghost story of Christmas event is part of the Big Bear Theatre Project, as well as many more events and shops for this winter season.

2 – Sawdust Art Festival – Laguna Beach
Experience the magic of Sawdust Art Festival’s Winter Fantasy, where creativity illuminates a wonderland of cheer. The village becomes a festive gathering filled with music, performers, and surprises around every corner. You and your friends or family will enjoy this visit because there are local food and drink shops, supporting over 180 local artists, Santa meet and greets, Community Tree Lighting and Tree Decorating, and many more fun events to do.

3 – Winter Wonder Beachside – Belmont Park

4 – Christmas Boat Parade and Ring of Lights – Newport Beach
Watch beautifully decorated yachts, boats, kayaks, and canoes sail along the harbor in the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade with your friends and family. There will be optimal viewing of the beautifully decorated yachts, boats, kayaks, and canoes sailing in the parade from the Dine & Watch waterfront and Dine & Walk dining options within walking distance of the many public viewing spots.
